Abstract

We expanded the DNA structure storage system to a DNA information processing system that encodes information into distinct and changeable units of the trigger strands decoding by fluorescence intensity signal detection. The system could conveniently implement encryption and decryption functions. All redundant readouts were eliminated for the implementation of accurate retrieval. The information stored in each specific metadata could be independently edited. More details are discussed in the article by Wu et al. on page 2628—2634.image
