B a c k g r o u n d . With the growth of cultural heritage and its digital representation, governments around the world are forced to develop effective strategies for preserving and accessing cultural heritage. One of the ways to ensure access to cultural heritage in the era of digital transformation is to create digital resources available online. However, the creation of digital resources is not enough to ensure access to cultural heritage. The state should develop a policy that will ensure not only the creation of digital resources but also their preservation, promotion and accessibility for different social groups. It is important to develop digital literacy tools for different social groups and provide adequate resources for the preservation and processing of digital cultural heritage. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the role of public policy in ensuring access to cultural heritage in the era of digital transformation. The study set the following objectives: (1) to analyses the current state of access to cultural heritage in the era of digital transformation in different countries of the world; (2) to study the role of public policy in ensuring access to cultural heritage in the era of digital transformation in different countries of the world; to identify effective methods and tools used by states to ensure access to cultural heritage in the era of digital transformation; (3) to analyses the impact of digital transformation on the preservation and access to cultural heritage; (4) to provide recommendations for the development of a new digital heritage policy. M e t h o d s . In order to achieve the research objective, the following methods were used in the process: (1) abstract and logical – to analyses sources and draw conclusions; (2) analysis of public policy and legislation – this method consists in studying public policy that regulates access to cultural heritage in the era of digital transformation, as well as studying the legislative acts that regulate this process; (3) analysis of existing practices of access to cultural heritage – this method involves the study of the experience of using digital technologies to provide access to cultural heritage in different countries and regions of the world; (4) comparative analysis – to compare the factors, methods and tools of public policies of different countries that regulate access to cultural heritage; (5) empirical method – to highlight the experience of individual countries in ensuring access to cultural heritage through the implementation of digital processes. R e s u l t s . The author analyses the national policies of democratic countries. It has been determined that they should reflect the changing conditions of cultural heritage protection and access in the era of digital transformation. To do this, it is necessary to constantly update and adapt legislation in this area, develop new methods of protection and access to cultural heritage, and focus on the development of new technologies for preserving and presenting cultural heritage in a new way. Priority should be given to the development and implementation of digital platforms to provide access to cultural heritage in various forms, including virtual reality and interactive applications. In addition, it is important to develop international cooperation in this area, especially for the joint implementation of technical solutions for the protection of and access to cultural heritage. These measures will help preserve and enrich the cultural heritage of humanity and make it more accessible to the public. С o n c l u s i o n s . In the era of rapid digital transformation, teacher professional development (TPD) has become crucial for adapting to evolving educational landscapes. This study aims to explore the strategies, challenges, and outcomes of TPD in the context of digitalization by employing a qualitative methodology through literature review and library research. The research examines a wide array of scholarly articles, reports, and books, focusing on how digital tools, online platforms, and technology-driven pedagogical practices are reshaping professional growth for educators. Findings indicate that while digital transformation offers opportunities for more flexible, accessible, and personalized learning experiences, it also presents significant challenges, including technological gaps, lack of digital literacy, and resistance to change. The analysis highlights effective strategies, such as blended learning approaches, continuous peer collaboration, and targeted digital skills training, which have shown to enhance teacher engagement and competence in digital environments. Additionally, the outcomes of successful TPD initiatives are evidenced by improved teaching practices, enhanced student engagement, and the fostering of a lifelong learning culture among educators. However, overcoming barriers related to infrastructure, resource availability, and institutional support remains critical to fully realizing the potential of TPD in the digital era. The study concludes that a balanced, well-supported integration of digital tools in professional development is essential for the sustainable growth of education systems in the digital age.

In the era of grand digital transformation, where changes werer accelerating based on data-driven technological innovation, education played an important role as a core driving force that leads change and creates value. The 2022 rev. Korean National Curriculum(MoE, 2022b) emphasized digital literacy and AI·SW education as innovations in school education, while also emphasizing customized education that supports learning suited to each student’s characteristics and career. The emphasis on basic digital literacy was clearly an important measure for fostering future society talent, but if the corresponding social and emotional support was lacking, it may be difficult to achieve the essential goal of education, so it can be seen that HTHT education that emphasized interaction with technological development was considered. CASEL’s SEL, which emerged as an educational alternative to problem behaviors in the midst of a social crisis, was being applied in various ways for the purpose of pursuing holistic development. Thus, this study proposed ‘A-SEL’ applicable to art departments as customized high-touch education in the era of digital transformation, and aims to assess its potential as customized education that supports students’ socio-emotional well-being, including their character.

This study has the following two purposes. First, this study examines the educational implications of Havruta reading discussion classes in this era where high-tech and high-touch is emphasized. Second, the purpose is to check the effectiveness of the Havruta reading discussion class in terms of performance. In light of the results of running and reflecting on team-based havruta-style reading and discussion classes, it is thought that teaching and learning method of refining and expanding thoughts through havruta reading discussions instead of the instructor's one-sided teaching has the value of being used as a response strategy to the liberal arts education methodology in the era of great digital transformation. The concept of high touch, which is emphasized along with the active use of edutech due to the development of digital technology, is further highlighting the effectiveness and importance of learner-centered participatory education methods. It is concluded that reading and discussion, which ‘ask your own questions’ through reading, ‘expand limited thoughts and perspectives’ through discussion, and develop the power of thinking and communication, can be a human-tailored teaching and learning method in the era of digital transformation.

The main goal of company's financial asset management is to obtain maximum profit with a reasonable distribution of the investor's funds, accompanied with the sustainable development of the organization. The assets can be classified into circulating and non-circulating, as well as the methods of managing them differ significantly. The management of current assets is considered a rather difficult task, which can only be dealt with high quality by qualified analysts. Non-current asset management is an even more complex process as it involves long-term investments in a particular industry. Even unfinished construction projects can act as investment objects, not counting material values and money. This article is mainly aimed at analyzing the management of non-current assets. Innovative activity, in this article, means a complex of scientific, technological, organizational, financial and commercial activities aimed at commercializing the accumulated knowledge, technologies and equipment. The result of innovation is new or additional goods / services or goods / services with new qualities [1]. Companies, which in the framework of this article will be called innovative, are distinguished by the scientific nature and originality of the results, experiments and developments, as well as the availability for distribution in the external environment. The innovative experience of companies largely helps to form an integral system for representing the components of innovation. According to Kondratieff's theory of long waves, a downswing K-wave comes as a result of a weakening of the processes that gave rise to long-term cyclical growth, which causes a tendency for a worldwide long-term decline in economic growth. During the downswing phase B of K-wave, the size of investments associated with innovations is reduced. There is a slowdown in investment growth, as well as the pace of development of innovative and breakthrough technologies, goods and services. Management of the organization during this period is critical for its survival and subsequent sustainable development. The research objectives are to determine the logical order of developing asset management strategies in conditions downswing phase B of K-wave in the era of digital transformation, to develop a model which will be practically useful to qualitatively estimate the managerial decisions and possible scenarios of company's future development, to estimate how efficient the developed managerial decisions were. This study is based on mathematical forecasting methods, econometrics methods of predicting, economic methods of the financial performance analysis, as well as case study method of management. The research relies on publicly available data, an academic papers in the field of management, finance, math and computer science, as well as specific country cases. Our research final results are practically applicable model of developing proper decision-making strategies related to financial asset management in conditions of downswing phase B of K-wave in the era of digital transformation and further comparative assessment of its effectiveness. Thus, this article is especially relevant from the point of view of practical anti-crisis management of financial assets in the context of a global economic recession in the era of digital transformation.

The authors explore the challenges in teaching business ethics in an era of digital transformation, provide an understanding of the limitations of traditional ethics approaches, and explore emerging approaches that may more effectively deal with the ethical complexities of the new digital era. Building on prior research conducted during December 2018 and January 2019 regarding the skills required for jobs in the big data field, the authors argue that business ethics must be an essential skill for those working in this field. Ethical frameworks in big data and information management are explored including Universalist, Integrative Social Contract Theory and Care Theory, as well as agency, disciplinary, contextual and outcomes considerations. The authors posit that traditional ethical frameworks such as Universalist approaches, are no longer sufficient to guide decision making in an era of digital transformation and the “datafication” of society. Therefore, business educators have a duty to cultivate critical thinking mindsets in their students and the adoption of “responsible innovation” principles, similar to those developed in the science and technology innovation literature.
