In the title, the date of Reynolds's death should be “January 25, 2017”. Here is the correct title: Charles Reynolds (November 4, 1938–January 25, 2017) On page 214, a sentence in paragraph 4 about Reynolds's youth misstated the state in which he grew up, it should be “Alabama”. The correct and intended sentence is as follows: That he spent his whole career at Tennessee is not surprising, given his Alabama roots. These errors have been corrected online.
