Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between vaginal microecological imbalance, local immune factors and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods A total of 116 patients with CIN admitted to General Hospital of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group from August 2015 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group, and 56 patients with undefinite atypical squamous cells of unclear but normal pathological diagnosis were selected as the control group. The cervical exfoliated cells of the two groups were detected. Medium and high-risk human papillomavirus HR-HPV infection in the two groups was detected. Vaginal secretions of two groups were collected for vaginal microecological examination and pH determination. The levels of vaginal immune cytokines CCL-22, interleukin-10 (IL-10), and interleukin-2 (IL-2) were detected. Risk factors affecting the pathological changes of CIN were analyzed. Results The positive rates of bacterial vaginosis, HPV and pH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). The level of IL-10 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that IL-10, high pH, HPV infection and bacterial vaginosis were the influencing factors of CIN. Conclusions The decrease of IL-10, excessive pH value, HPV infection and bacterial vaginosis are all correlated with the occurrence of CIN. CIN can be prevented and the treatment of CIN can be guided by detecting the above indicators in clinical.
