Abstract
One of the modern conceptual line of growth in the municipal agro-industrial complex based on the state, economic management should be digital economy formation in the information space. In the article are reviewed in narrow and broad interpretation determination of the definitions “municipal agro-industrial complex”, “digital economy”, “information space of the municipal agro-industrial complex”, “information field”, “information sphere”. Tendencies which are prevented of the agro-industrial complex efficiency development at the municipal level and showed directions for their eliminations are given. The conceptual issues of the “Russian Federation Digital Economy” program with activities for all sectors up to 2035, including Agro-industrial complex have been clarified. The information space of the municipal Agro-industrial complex digital economy it is objects group that entered into information interaction with each other, as well as the processes that ensure this interaction, which is formed by information resources, means of information interaction and information infrastructure. It can include various databases and data banks; advanced technologies and their application; information communication systems that operate on the basis of general principles and provide information interaction between the rural population and agrarian organizations, and also provide the ability to meet their information requirements. The main functions of the information space are determined and the principal directions on the municipalities and agrarian organizations are formulated and introduction of the digital economy will allow increase the efficiency, quality and operability in the sub-sector management procedure of the municipal agro-industrial complex.
