Abstract

In this study we have evaluated by clinic, morphologic and histological exam the biocompatibility and the changes in the morphology bone of the two biocomposite implant type: simple collagenic scaffolds loaded with mesenchymal stem cells and collagen impregnated with hydroxyapatite scaffolds loaded with mesenchymal stem cells, implanted into femoral or tibial bones of the adult dogs. Biocompatibility of all implants was good. After 90 days of the implants the osseous morphology was integral recuperated.
