Abstract

From the start of organization and company working and development, gaining profit, manner of working and business, fortune and other conveniences which allow good and successful working of the organization, one question is imposed: Does working have point of tangency with the moral behavior of the individual and group? Also could be mentioned for the dilemma does the fortune presuppose doubt, envy and disbelief in the manner of acquiring, origin and etc. Observation of the relation between the working and ethics can extend the working manner, using the economic and natural resources, leading the organization, ownership relations, relations with the employees, relation with the local community, religions, and state. There are opinions that working without moral criteria and economy without business ethics couldn’t give permanent, stabile and important results, neither to make the particular community happy, without codices, working principles and managing the organization. Here appears the dilemma whether business ethics is personal matter of the executive’s conscience, manager, officer, worker or that is a result of collective and mutual moral of some group, community, environment and society. According to that we should explore how the management influences the development of organization’s ethics. Keywords: management, manager, human resource management, moral, business ethics.
