Abstract

The construction technology of the large cantilever prestressed vase pier cover beam is a new type of cover beam combined support method summarized on the basis of the comparison between the support method and the cantilever casting method. The support system supported by this method is similar to the support method of some cast-in-place box beams. The steel pipe column + section steel bracket combination system is adopted, the steel pipe column is set on the poured cap, all the load of the outer cantilever section is transferred to the poured cap, and the connecting steel bars are embedded in advance on the cap. The steel pipe Bailey combined support system is easy to assemble, with less loss during use, and can be used for multiple turnovers, which solves the short board of insufficient bearing capacity of the foundation for erecting supports in soft soil areas, and at the same time, compared with the small size of the pier body, the outer cantilever has a large length. The use of rod-piercing support beams is limited and requires secondary repair. After engineering practice, it can be widely used in similar engineering construction.
