Abstract
Abstract Implementation of construction projects is of key importance for contemporary urban development. However, enterprises involved in the project encounter problems of various kinds. One of them is construction supply chain functioning. Construction site deliveries being part of construction supply chains constitute a weakness due to restrictions imposed by city authorities with regard to the transport policy and their impact on the urban traffic organisation. This article presents an analysis of solutions applied in construction site deliveries within the area of the city of Szczecin, and attempts at diagnosing the major problems in that regard.
