Abstract

So as to comply with the national energy revolution and “dual carbon” strategic goals, and actively respond to the overall requirements of establishing and improving green and low-carbon technology evaluation and trading system and scientific and technological innovation service platform, the research and development of intelligent “energy + dual carbon” service platform under the new situation policy has been carried out. Based on the regional smart energy service platform, relying on the application of energy big data, focusing on the whole-process management of carbon assets from the perspectives of the government, enterprises and the trading market, the construction of smart “energy + dual carbon” service platform will be carried out. By pooling massive energy information and combining with big data, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies, the platform studies carbon accounting methods, calculation methods and prediction methods and forms a standard algorithm model to build carbon monitoring system, carbon assessment system and carbon emission prediction system, and build “dual carbon” energy digital intelligence products. It provides “carbon monitoring” for the government to assist carbon management, “carbon analysis” for enterprises to guide energy saving and carbon reduction, “carbon verification” for the trading market to optimize resource allocation, and promote the green and high-quality development of the social economy. This article studies a series of theories and knowledge about the construction of electric energy data and carbon emission management platform under computer technology, reveals the related content of the construction of electric energy data and carbon emission management platform, and carries on the construction of electric energy data and carbon emission management platform. By analyzing the actual effect of video image, the computer technology, the electric energy data and carbon management platform for the construction of the study, test results show that the electric energy data and carbon management platform for the construction of the modeling design in image recognition and differentiation of line identification, data reorganization and system performance of automatization of 81.02%, 91.03%, 92.15%, 97.05%.
