Construction of Creative Writing in College English Teaching in the Age of “Internet+”

Abstract

In the era of the Internet, many things will change its original appearance, and the creative writing of college students will usher in a new atmosphere under the “Internet+” era. Faced with the interconnection of information, the expansion of the public, and the new situation of cross-border integration, the creative writing training among college students is more oriented towards the innovation of methods and the broadening of the horizon, adapting to the era of interactive integration due to the Internet. As a new idea of English writing teaching reform, creative writing has gradually attracted attention. Creative writing has the effect of stimulating students’ writing motivation, improving students’ writing ability and improving students’ comprehensive ability in English study. Based on the “Internet+” era, the construction of creative writing in the process of college English teaching provides ideas for the reform of college English teaching, it also can stimulate students’ interest in English learning and improve their comprehensive ability of English application.
