Abstract
The current research aims to:- Building a test to measure the speed and accuracy of handball passing for students of the Department of Physical Education in the College of Basic Education.Setting standard scores and levels to test the speed and accuracy of handball passing for students of the Department of Education in the College of Basic Education.The researchers used the descriptive survey method for its suitability and the nature of the current research.The research sample was represented by students of the second stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / College of Basic Education for the academic year 2021/2022, who were chosen by the intentional method to achieve the goal of the research, and their number is (93) male and female students.The researchers concluded the following:- Constructing a handball passing speed and accuracy test for students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the College of Basic Education.Setting standard scores and levels to test the speed and accuracy of handball passing for students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for speed and accuracy.The researchers recommend the following:- Adoption of the new test (handball passing speed and accuracy test) by teachers when measuring handball passing skill for students of the Department of Physical Education in basic education colleges in Iraq in the future
