Abstract
The history of the modern constitutionalism is a history that needs to be written. This article tries to be just a draft to promote a new reflection about the Constitutional History, in general, and about the impact of it in different countries, more in particular. It will be showed the necessity to found a new perspective, to throw any light in the constitutional history of all the studied countries.
