Abstract

We present and discuss several methods to enhance the electrical properties of nanoparticle dispersion derived ITO-layers. A maximum conductance of 132 Ω−1 cm−1 was achieved and films with a sheet resistance down to 5 Ω/□ were produced. To demonstrate their applicability as electrodes in optoelectronic elements we assembled functioning polymer LED-s on them.
