Abstract

This study focused about the differences between the transformational and servant leadership in the governments organizations. transformational leaders have a stronger focus on intellectual stimulation than servant leaders. Understanding the concept of the relationship between transformational leaders and organizational performance (i.e. social responsibility, job satisfaction, motivation, and decision quality) from the perspective of managers and employees by grating anew model is important because it illustrates the servant leader’s focus on individual development and the transformational leader’s focus on organizational development. This study is a pioneering research in the Kingdom of Bahrain that blends theoretical and empirical evidence in the realm of Transformational Leadership and performance.
