Abstract
A newly constructed final inspection station for precise tubes contains a new generation of digital test electronic units, which results in a calculated and reproducible test result in connection with special adapted test probes and precise driving of tubes. In connection with the digital electronic units, which lead to a pretended constant sensitivity, a high and constant quality standard for precise tubes is reached.
