Abstract
Placement of dental implants in the esthetic zone is challenging for clinicians because of patients exacting esthetic demands and preexisting anatomy. This article presents an option for highly demanding surgical cases with the use of computer-guided implant placement and immediate provisionalization. This technique optimizes implant placement and soft tissue esthetics while providing the patient with an immediate fixed restoration.
