Abstract

AbstractThe great achievements of molecular biology theory have had a great impact on human epistemology, way of thinking and social development. This research mainly discusses the application of computer molecular biology technology in the field of clinical microbiological examination. Use a high-throughput sequencing platform for actual measurement. According to the sample information, select appropriate reagents and methods to extract the total nucleic acid (total RNA) in the sample and store it for later use. Nucleic acid is randomly interrupted, that is, nucleic acid molecules are fragmented. It can be purified by ultrasonic fragmentation method, enzyme digestion method, etc. Using RNA molecules as templates, adding primers required for reverse transcription, constructing a suitable PCR reaction system, and gradually synthesizing the first and second cDNA strands. Add the sample and a series of reaction reagents to the reaction system, set the parameters, and run the sequencer for sequencing. Then conduct bioinformatics analysis,. when the virus mutation rate is 10%, all analysis procedures can calculate a relatively high coverage of the viral pathogen genome. This research contributes to the promotion of computer molecular biology.KeywordsComputer molecular biologyClinical microbiology testingHigh-throughput sequencingPCR reaction system
