Abstract
After having had certain preliminary discussions about industrial land development, we are presenting herewith a planning scheme for industrial states programme, The central part of it. is a multicriteria algorithm for evaluation, developped on the basis of the “methode ELECTRE” proposed by B. Ray. It use in CANDE/FORTRAN IV allows a computer aided-design of the implementation of industrial facilities.
