Abstract

In response to the phenomenon of low pineapple leaf fiber extraction efficiency, the project developed a safe and reliable, high fiber extraction rate and low energy consumption pineapple leaf fiber fully automatic hemp scraping out equipment using computer-aided design as well as auxiliary work, with intelligent sensing connection between each module. The transfer structure behind the device inlet brings the regularized leaves into the main equipment, and the internal transfer adopts the full arc length flexible hemp clamping method in the clamping section, which makes the pineapple leaves be stretched and spread thin, and the structure is loose to facilitate the subsequent hemp scraping treatment, and the internal is equipped with a new rotating knife ball structure, which carries out knife ball rotation and hemp scraping after the secondary hemp pressing, and at the same time realizes the knife change and knife rotation itself simultaneously through the rotation of planetary gears, and subsequently It enters the post-stage hemp transport module, using the structural principle of the roller card to transport out the regular and homogeneous pineapple leaf fibers. The separation of leaf residues and fibers is achieved below the unit using the separation and collection module.
