Abstract

Breast reconstruction using a pedicled latissimus dorsi flap in conjunction with a tissue expander is well described. Various methods have also been described for locating difficult-to-access injection ports of tissue expanders. We report a case of the use of computed tomography for locating and injecting a tissue expander. Options to prevent the need for use of such methods are discussed. Level of Evidence: Level V, diagnostic study.
