Abstract

The growth and formation of the child's body, its biological and mental development requires appropriate pedagogical influences that would correspond to the age development of children.
 In the system of physical education of preschool children occupies a special place physical training. Much attention in studies of different authors paid to the content and structure of physical training of children of primary school age, and its focus of
 Many authors argue that the physical training of children at this stage are not taken into account new scientific position, and developed and recommended for implementation in practice of the system of evaluation of physical abilities is not conducive to their correction and implementation of educational and health problems in the physical training.
 However, issues related to the comprehensive education of physical abilities, which are the basis of improvement of physical and mental health of primary school children were found to have scientific justification, which greatly hinders the efficiency of physical training of younger students.
 Thus, the relevance of the study is due, on the one hand, the need to direct the physical education of young people to achieve health goals, and the other - the imperfection of methods of integrated development of physical abilities, which is a prerequisite for good health of children of primary school age.
