This study investigates how closely the Airport Police Department at the Manila International Airport Authority abides by its set codes of ethics. These guidelines are essential for directing the actions, judgments, and professional relationships of Airport Police Department personnel, ensuring that they carry out their jobs with the utmost integrity, transparency, and accountability. Specifically, it aims to assess the level of compliance with the Code of Ethics and conduct by Manila International Airport Police in terms of Standard Procedure and Instructions on Professionalism, Political Neutrality, Responsiveness to Exigencies and Urgent Necessities, Training, and Values Formation
