Abstract
The impact of changing conditions (the pandemic, changes in the regulatory framework, new resources) on the organization of professional development of nursing staff is considered. The need for standardization of nursing manipulations (introduction of SOPs) is justified. Making changes and additions taking into account the changing situation is presented on a specific example.
