The contemporary challenges of globalization and its impact on the competitiveness of Ukrainian entrepreneurship are identified. Possibilities of introducing common rules for the regulation of competition at the international level are considered, in particular it is determined that certain unconventional measures-ideas, new joint legislative documents and special organizational structures are needed to regulate the constantly changing global game rules. Globalization is exacerbating problems of an ethnic nature.
