Abstract
Dose distribution for multiple field and rotational technique total skin electron beam therapy was studied in a Rando-Alderson phantom. 6 MeV beam from a linear accelerator was degraded to 3.2 MeV and the depth dose measurements were made at 3 m similar to clinical set-up. Both thermoluminescence dosimeters and film dosimetry were used to estimate the dose distribution at various points in the phantom. The differences in the depth dose distribution with various techniques of total skin electron beam therapy are discussed.
