Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnosis experence of renal tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 81 cases of renal tuberculosis patients were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-nine cases of renal tuberculosis in early stage was given drug treatment,52 cases of renal tuberculosis in advanced stage was given the ipsilateral kidney and ureter resection,in which 4 cases were given line ileal bladder augmentation.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography,IVU,CT respectively were 39.5％,53.1％,72.8％,in the early stage group were 17.2％,51.7％,41.4％,and in the advanced stage group were 51.9％,53.8％,90.4％.Early stage group were treated with anti-TB drugs (INH + RFP + PZA) for 6 to 8 months,the urine test was normal,IVU lesion were stable or disappear.Urination and renal function was normal in the advanced stage group in postoperative follow-up.Conclusions IVU has vital significance for diagnosis of early renal tuberculosis,CT can be used as the major method for diagnosis of renal tuberculosis,especially for patients with advanced renal tuberculosis.
