Abstract
Aim: Within the scope of this research, we aimed to compare the liver function tests, liver enzymes and De Ritis ratio (AST/ALT) of patients given Del Nido cardioplegia and blood cardioplegia in coronary heart surgery. Methods: This retrospective study included a total of 80 patients who underwent CPB-guided coronary heart surgery (CABG) with 40 Del Nido cardioplegia solutions and 40 blood cardioplegia solutions. CPB-guided coronary heart surgery patients given Del Nido cardioplegia solution were determined as the first group (Group 1), and patients given blood cardioplegia were determined as the second group (Group 2).
