Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of fundamental differences between the category "integrity of the social and labor structure", as a basis in the theory of the integrity of organizations, from synonymous categories of other scientific fields. To study the essence of the category "integrity of social and labor structures of the enterprise" the article focuses on three key theories that define various aspects of integrity: the theory of organization, the theory of social exchange and the theory of social capital. The following concepts of integrity of social and labor structures of the enterprise are offered: the concept of balance of structure of motivation; the concept of synergy of social interaction; the concept of coordination of social and labor interests of participants of organizational interaction; the concept of the integrity of social and labor structures. The managerial results of application of concepts of integrity of social and labor structures of the enterprises are defined. The fundamental differences between the concepts of "social cohesion", "national consolidation", "social solidarity", "integrity of social and labor structures" are determined.
