Abstract
Along with the Chinese reform and opening up, the development of market economy and the change of urban social structure, the “unit do” society under the planning economic system gradually collapse and community as a new social integration pattern appears. And in recent years under the background of rapid urbanization, the community has been huge, high-density living environment produced a series of problems, such as community consciousness weak, community struggle. In this case, to seek the root of the problem and put forward the solution is of great social significance. This paper summarizes the current community life type, thinks that the root lies in the development mode, the current standard, facilities and community organizations, etc., and finally, from the rigid planning level and the soft tissue management level, puts forward some constructive suggestions on community life build under the background of the rapid urbanization.
