Abstract
思春期を迎えても喘息が寛解せずに小児科に通院している患者が一定数存在する．2014年に日本小児科学会から，小児科発症疾患を有する患者の移行期医療に関する提言で移行が示され，小児気管支喘息治療・管理ガイドライン（JPGL）2017『思春期・青年期喘息』の章にも移行期医療について記載された．さらに今回は，『思春期・青年期喘息と移行期医療』と変更し，①JPGLから喘息予防・管理ガイドライン（JGL）に続く一貫性のある管理・治療ができる ②小児科的医療から内科的医療へのスムーズな移行ができることを目的とすることが明記され，JPGLからJGLへの考え方が図表で示された．移行期医療では『患者が自立するまでは小児科医が診ることが望ましい』とし，小児科医の役割を明記した．
