Abstract

A (1+1)-dimensional time fractional resonant cubic-quintic nonlinear Schrödinger equation with weakly nonlocal nonlinearity is considered, and diversified combined optical soliton solutions are analytically exhibited. Via the mapping method based on the Riccati equation, and with the help of two types of ansatzes including radical sign ansatz and positive and negative power ansatz, optical soliton, combined optical soliton and periodic solutions are found.
