Abstract

Direct functionalization of C–H bonds is a powerful synthetic tool that unlocks tremendous opportunities for late-stage elaboration of complex molecules. Recent advances of a new strategy, merging radical-mediated functional group migration (FGM) with hydrogen atom transfer (HAT), have shown great potential for site-selective C(sp<sup>3</sup>)–H bond functionalization.
