Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Although selection of embryos for transfer chosen by pronuclear scoring (PS), early cleavage (EC), day 2(D2) and day 3(D3) morphology achieve higher implantation rate than selection based only on D3 morphology, no assessment has been made for using this system for elective single embryo transfer (eSET). This study was designed to determine the prognostic value of multimorphological parameters of embryos for patients undergoing eSET.
