Abstract

Magnetic resonance imaging (Figure 1A) of a 19-year-old nulligravida showed right adnexal mass (arrowhead) and adjacent mass (arrow). Laparoscopy (Figure 1B) showed papillomatous mass (arrow) and yellow tumor (arrowhead). Peritoneal implants (Figure 1C) were noted on the omentum (arrow) and vesicouterine peritoneum (inset, arrowhead). Papillomatous mass (Figure 1D) (long arrow), and yellow tumor (arrowhead) were excised from right ovary (short arrow). Cut surface of papillomatous mass (Figure 2A) showed stem and projections.
