Abstract
Coblation method was first used in 10 patients with chronic dacryocystitis to improve the results of endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy; the method made it possible to perform ablation of nasal cavity mucosa and the medial wall of the lachrymal sac without bleeding. The favorable result of coblation surgery was observed in all the patients in 2, 4 and 6 months after the surgery on conditionof corresct post-surgery treatment of the patients.
