Abstract

The development of technology has made it possible to optimize resources and facilitate the supervision of processes in the industry. Currently, in our country, most companies manage processes based on manual procedures where human intervention is required for the control and supervision of the variables involved in production. This causes national production to appear opaque and uncompetitive compared to foreign products that have a wide range of highly efficient technology. To solve this need, dual training has proven to be a satisfactory option, since it allows training professionals who learn from practice within a real work environment, quickly adapting to the productive environment, with the ability to generate added value to national production. In this context, in the present work the intervention will be carried out in a company in Cuenca, it will help us to have an overview of how technological training can help solve real problems in business environments. Contributing to the so-called change of the productive matrix through the application of technological- technical knowledge in the process of a local service company through dual training.
