Abstract

Recent years we have found there notably exist systematic errors in published WMAP temperature maps, which pushed us forward to reprocess the WMAP raw data. After removing the pseudo-dipole signal generated by the asynchronous between the attitude and science data and the antenna sidelobe response to the Doppler signal, we have obtained improved CMB maps and angular power spectrum, which are significantly different with WMAP releases and induce widely intention and debating. In this paper we introduce their development and current status and discuss possible influence on the study of the early universe.
