Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad analizar las figuras de las cláusulas y prácticas abusivas de seguros tanto en la doctrina como en la legislación nacional, considerando además que ya han transcurrido doce años de vigencia de la Ley N° 29946, Ley de Contrato de Seguros en el Perú que las regula en sus artículos 39° y 40°, apreciando que se ha hecho a la fecha para contrarrestarlas.
