Abstract
We propose a scheme for a large-scale cluster state preparation of single-charged semiconductor quantum dots utilizing Faraday rotation. Without interaction between quantum dots, the exciton induced Faraday rotation could distribute the spatially separate quantum dots into a quantum network assisted by cavity QED. We obtain the corresponding parameters from the numerical simulation based on the input-output process for the required Faraday rotation and some discussion is made in view of experimental feasibility.
