Abstract
目的 观察三伏天穴位中药贴敷防治喘敷的疗效.方法 77例支气管哮喘缓解期患者分为2组,即治疗组(4 0例,给予中药哮喘膏三伏天穴位贴敷)和对照组(37例,在缓解期不给予任何处理药),观察治疗前后临床疗效和IgE、Eos指标的变化.结果 治疗组治疗后IgE,Eos与治疗前比较均有改善,差异有显著性(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),且优于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 中药哮喘膏三伏天穴位贴敷可显著改善患者IgB、Eos,从而减轻和控制哮喘发作。
