Abstract
目的 评价房水引流阀治疗眼外伤玻璃体手术后难治性青光眼的疗效.方法回顾应用房水引流阀治疗的眼外伤玻璃体手术后难治性青光眼15例(15眼),观察手术前后视力、眼压及并发症等.结果15眼中,在术后1月及2月时各有1眼眼球摘除和眼内容摘除,余13眼随访6～25月,平均14.9月.术后最佳矫正视力不变8眼,提高4眼,下降3眼.术后1周、1月时15眼的平均眼压为(10.82±1.41)mmHg和(13.56±3.82)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa);术后6月及25月随访时13眼的平均眼压为(16.02±5.17)mmHg和(17.23±3.82)mmHg.末次随访时眼压正常6眼,加用局部降压药后正常4眼:成功率为66.7%(10/15).主要并发症有前房积血、低眼压、脉络膜脱离等.结论房水引流阀是治疗眼外伤玻璃体手术后难治性青光眼的一种较为有效的方法。
