Abstract

The comprehensive therapy model of mainly-surgery is the main method for the treatment of head and neck cancers. Surgery will bring huge postoperative tissue defect, dysphagia, dysphonia and psychological burden. This paper reviews the role of free flap for soft tissu reconstruction following surgical resection of head and neck tumours.
