Abstract
Objective To study the effect of compound danshen dripping pills and telmisartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 48 DM2 patients with early nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(24 cases) were treated with compound danshen dripping pills and telmisartan daily for six mouths,the control group (24 cases) with telmisartan daily for six mouths.The median arterial pressure (MAP),24 h urinary albumin excretion (24 h UAlb),serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood glucose were examined both before and after the six months' treatment course.Results The two groups in serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood glucose was no statistically significant differences in various aspects (P ＞ 0.05).The treatment group and control group before treatment than those in 24 h UAlb and MAP decreased (P ＜ 0.05),but the treatment group decreased more significantly (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Compound danshen dripping pills and telmisartan combination therapy can improve the early diabetic patients of 24 h UAlb protein excretion,is an effective method of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
