Abstract
目的探讨Marcus-Gunn综合征的手术治疗效果.方法Marcus-Gunn综合症6例全部采用上睑提肌高位断离联合额肌瓣吻合手术.结果6例术后随访4月至2年,双眼睑裂高度对称,睑缘弧度自然美观,平视时上睑缘均在瞳孔上缘以上,形成双重睑,颌动瞬目联合动作消失.结论采用上睑提肌高位断离联合额肌瓣吻合,是治疗Marcus-Gunn综合征一种较理想的手术方法.
