Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ginkgolides + alteplase (rt-PA) intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of aortic atherosclerotic cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS). Methods Eighty-four patients with aortic atherosclerotic CIS were enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019, and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, and the observation group was treated with ginkgolides on the basis of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis. The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions, NIHSS score, modified Rankin scale (mRS) score, thrombin time (TT), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (FIB) before treatment and after 14 days of treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10% (37/42), which was higher than that of the control group [69.05% (29/42)] (P 0.05). Conclusion Ginkgolides + rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis is effective in the treatment of aortic atherosclerotic CIS, which can improve the coagulation status of patients, accelerate the recovery of neurological function, and has high safety. Key words: Aortic atherosclerosis; Cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS); Ginkgolides; Alteplase; Intravenous thrombolysis
