Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of shuxuetong combined with isosorbide mononitrate in patients with unstable angina.Methods Sixty-four patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received isosorbide monnonitrate injection on the basis of conventional treatment; while patients of treatment group received isosorbide mononitrate injection combined with shuxuetong injection,to observe clinical efficacy,the changes of blood rheology,angina frequency and duration,nitroglycerin consumption.Results Compared with control group,the angina symptomatic relief and electrocardiogram amelioration of the treatment group increased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),the changes of blood rheology was more significant (P ＜ 0.05) ; the number of angina frequency,duration and nitroglycerin consumption of two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in treatment group was more significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The therapy of shuxuetong combined with isosorbide mononitrate can improve clinical symptoms and efficacy significantly,and it is safe and worthy of being extended in clinics.
