Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of youth patients with acute coronary syndrome caused by coronary spasm.Methods Eighty-six patients (28 patients ＜ 45 years old)with coronary artery spasm through coronary angiography in Zhengzhou central hospital affiliated to zhengzhou university in the past three years were selected.The history of hypertension,history of diabetes,blood lipids,the results of coronary angiography and the causes of coronary spasm were retrospectively analyzed.Results The youth group of patients with coronary artery spasm may be induced by smoking,high triglycerides,spasm based on single-vessel coronary artery disease significantly more than other patients with coronary artery spasm.Conclusions For young patients with coronary artery spasm,mostly due to coronary plaque instability based on smoking,high triglycerides and other risk factors,and may present the typical clinical manifestations of acute myocardial infarction in serious case.
