Abstract

AbstractThe large variety and large number of spare parts for complex machines make it very difficult to manage. A classification method based on multi-index fuzzy evaluation (MIFE) for collaborative design is proposed in the paper. The storage, economy, and criticality of spare parts are comprehensively considered to determine their importance, and fuzzy evaluation methods are used to study the consumption type and consumption speed of spare parts.
