Abstract
I used to work for a manager who would joke with me that, even though I wasn't in a traditional law firm environment, I used my legal training every day as it applied to the tasks of my job, whether it was reviewing a contract for services, purchasing equipment, or applying a legal tenet to quality improvement. He was correct in his assessment of “you use it every day” because I do. All of us do but don't really think about it that way.
